Frank was only person of several we called who provided us with options and we were very pleased about the whole thing. Crew replaced brick sills with Indiana stone sills and rebuilt chimney from roof line. Frank was very good about keeping us informed of start date and once project started stayed until project was completed approximately three days later.Crew did a really good job from start to finish including being very careful with the property by covering roof shingles, hot tub and deck to prevent damage. We would recommend Frank & Sons Masonry to family and friends.

Some existing parging on the house was in disrepair, an old window needed to be covered over, and the chimney needed some TLC. Frank came to house and gave an estimate on the work, which I agreed to. Later on the arranged date Frank and his crew came to the house and got the work done in 1 day as promised. The work looks great, everything was cleaned up and we are happy. The neighbors saw Frank’s work and had him do the same on their house a few weeks later.

I needed to have the top layers of the chimney repaired. Frank (son) was the only company to come out and give me an estimate and discuss the work personally. The other companies gave me an estimate based on some pictures that I emailed; one company gave an estimate based on Google Earth pictures????? All the other companies said I needed to have the whole chimney redone at three times the cost that Frank quoted based on just repairing the top layers.

Frank was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done in detail and terms that I could understand. He always kept his word and emailed or got back to me with information on the day that he said he would; this is something I truly appreciated. You don’t come across competency and exemplary customer service that often nowadays.

When the work was done on June 30, 2016, they were punctual, did an excellent job (according to my brother who is a perfectionist) and cleaned up so there was no evidence they had been there.

I have already referred Frank & Sons Masonry Ltd. to my cousin who needs some chimney work done. Also, my driveway and walkways made from interlocking bricks have sunk down and many bricks have shifted; this is a big project for me as the area to be fixed is large and I have procrastinated for years now in getting it repaired. Frank & Sons Masonry Ltd. somehow have motivated me and they will be doing this work in a couple of weeks.

The mortar and bricks of the chimney display were deteriorated enough to let water in and run down along the wall to the basement floor. Frank identified the additional damage, described the likely cause and explained a couple of options to fix the damage. Communication was very good and I’m impressed with the quality of work. The concrete blocks on the foundation of my home needed to be repaired as well as a few bricks at the corner of my house. I met with Frank and we discussed the work to be done. We needed to rebuild the chimney before we re-roofed our two story home. After speaking to several masons, we chose Frank & Sons and were not disappointed. (I had another mason start work on tuc pointing ,I had to fired him as he was destroying my wall did not put right size window sils in and my new windows would never have fit!)

Frank came to my rescue ,he put in the right size window sils and he finished the tuc pointing and replacing bricks that needed to be replaced for me ;so now the new windows will fit properly and not fall out. He did an amazing job considering he had to clean up someone else night mare. Thank you so much Frank you did an amazing job to fix the last mason big mess.

Frank repaired my front step and laid a new stone wall in the front of the house and the walk way for us, it looks awesome.

I would highly recommend Frank as he is all ways there to answer your question and he works with you and your thoughts about what you want .
Frank is there 8 am in morning and puts in a full day of work ; (not like a lot of them that spend half day then gone.)

Frank and his assistant lifted existing flagstone, removed soil, put down a proper base and relayed the stone. They also inserted new stone where there were gaps in the original design. Frank arrived on time and completed the job in a day. The price was reasonable. Frank and his worker worked continuously and left the site clean and tidy.I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.

We recently hired Frank and Sons to rebuild our fronts steps and reconfigure the main landing/porch. Both are made from stone with a concrete/bring base. Because of the nature of the job, we want do use as much as the old stone as possible so everything would match the existing material. We knew the job would be tricky with even a chance that it may not work out as planned. We had several quotes however Frank was the only one described in detail what needed to be done and what surprises we may encounter along the way. His price was fair and he finished the job as described with NO unplanned surprises. It looks great. We plan on using Frank and Sons again later in the year to redo our driveway.
